   The Customer must be 18 years or older to place an order. Minors may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. 5. Pricing & Payments

   All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments may be made through secure third-party payment gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. Promotional offers, bundle deals, clearance sales, and bank promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

6. 6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

   Orders are confirmed upon successful online payment or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. RaqmiKart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing inaccuracies, stock unavailability, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where applicable, any amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund policy. By placing an order through the website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. RaqmiKart reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its sole discretion.

7. 7. Delivery

   Delivery timelines depend on product type and delivery location within Kuwait. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. RaqmiKart shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event the Customer is not available at the delivery address specified in the order, the order will be returned to RaqmiKart’s warehouse. The Customer is required to contact RaqmiKart customer support to reschedule delivery. If the Customer does not contact customer support within a reasonable time, as determined by RaqmiKart, the order shall be considered cancelled. Ownership and risk of loss for the products transfer to the Customer upon successful delivery to the address specified in the order.

8. 8. Returns & Refunds

   Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
